1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using n8nmcp.online (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
n8nmcp.online provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) bridge that allows AI assistants like Claude to interact with n8n workflow automation instances. The Service enables users to:
- Connect their n8n instances via API keys
- Execute n8n workflows from AI contexts
- Discover and search n8n nodes
- Manage workflow templates
- View execution history and debug errors
3. Eligibility
Age Requirements
You must be at least:
- 16 years old if you are in the European Union
- 13 years old if you are in the United States
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
4. Account Responsibilities
Your Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
n8n API Keys
When you connect an n8n instance:
- You grant us permission to access your n8n instance on your behalf
- You are responsible for the workflows executed through our Service
- You must ensure your n8n API key has appropriate permissions
- We encrypt your n8n API keys using AES-256 encryption
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
Illegal Activities
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
Service Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission (except documented API access)
- Overload our infrastructure with excessive requests
Content Violations
- Upload or execute workflows containing illegal content
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Impersonate another person or entity
n8n Workflow Restrictions
- Execute workflows that violate n8n's terms of service
- Access n8n instances you don't have permission to use
- Share your n8n API keys with unauthorized parties
6. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by n8nmcp.online and are protected by:
- Copyright laws
- Trademark laws
- Other intellectual property rights
Your Rights
You retain all rights to:
- Your n8n workflows
- Your data stored in n8n
- Your account information
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
7. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:
- What data we collect
- How we use your data
- Your privacy rights

8. Service Availability
No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Maintenance and Downtime
We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Experience unplanned downtime
- Modify or discontinue features with or without notice
We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
No Consequential Damages
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from n8n workflow execution
- Third-party services (n8n, Google Analytics, etc.)
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed:
- The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or
- $100 USD, whichever is greater
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless n8nmcp.online, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your n8n workflows or their execution
11. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services:

12. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Logging into your dashboard
- Navigating to account settings
- Clicking "Delete Account"
Effect: All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- You abuse or overload our Service
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We will delete your data per our retention policies
- You remain liable for any accrued charges
- Sections 6-9 and 11-15 of these Terms survive termination
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do:
Notice
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
- We will notify you via email (for material changes)
- We will display a notice on the Service for 30 days
Your Options
- Accept: Continue using the Service (constitutes acceptance)
- Reject: Stop using the Service and delete your account
Material changes take effect 30 days after notice. Continued use after this period means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, contact us at legal@n8nmcp.online to attempt informal resolution.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
EU Users: EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer protection laws.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and n8nmcp.online.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate.
Language
These Terms are written in English. Any translations are for convenience only. The English version prevails in case of conflicts.
